Situated on 42 acres and cradled by the Angas River, you'll fall in love with Woodburn Homestead as you enter the long gum-lined driveway. Surrounded by intimate garden corners and boasting an iconic open-air chapel, corrugated iron 'stables' lounge and bar, lush lawned spaces, and accommodation for up to 16 people, this venue truly 'has it all' for your wedding day.
Woodburn Homestead is a unique wedding venue designed to offer a complete wedding experience from start to finish. The property appeals to all types of wedding styles, whether it be elegant minimalist, a boho dream or a classy black-tie affair!
Everything you need for your special day is in one location -- with plenty of ceremony and reception locations and endless photograph opportunities on-site, including old stone cottages, 42 acres of rolling paddocks, hay bales, a windmill and resident cacti on the driveway. You'll love the unique accommodation offered by the beautiful Homestead (built in 1864), quaint Workers' Cottage, and the Coach House (a private bridal suite). The majestic 160-year-old Morton Bay Fig Tree takes centre stage complete with swing, complimenting the rolling lawns.
Woodburn Homestead's in-house caterer, Cindy's Classic Gourmet, is a multi-award-winning state and national ABIA recipient (National No. 1 Independent Caterer in 2022). There are a variety of mouth-watering catering packages, including cocktail, sit down and share platter formats. And last but definitely not least, as a dry-hire venue, you can BYO alcohol!
