Eight Willows Retreat is located on 75 acres ,situated in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region providing a picturesque wedding venue for the newly engaged couples out there.

Our venue offers couples unique convenience by providing an all-in-one wedding day experience with your accommodation, ceremony, wedding photography locations and reception all-inclusive in our wedding packages.

With four gorgeous Ceremony locations for you to choose from, all of which have been designed around the picturesque landscape, from the stunning lakeside settings, orchard and olive plantation, to the splendid vineyard vista.

Following your ceremony, with the opportunity of onsite photos around the stunning retreat, leave your guests to enjoy Canaps and pre-drinks on our alfresco or parkland gardens before your reception inside our beautiful Function Centre.

With its floor to ceiling windows overlooking the spectacular unobstructed views of the lake our exquisite state of the art Lakeside Function Centre is the perfect reception room for your wedding.

Boasting an array of soft furnishings and a statement fireplace, this unique canvas sets a tranquil ambience for your romantic night.

There are various access points from the Chalets leading to the Function Centre. The Function Centre is based on paved flat ground and can accommodate prams and disability access.

Enjoy pre-reception canaps and beverages utilising our alfresco, offering wicker lounges, outdoor tables, chairs and picnic bench seating, we can accommodate upwards of 140 seated guests inside the Function Centre, and up to 275 guests for a Cocktail Event, utilising the Function Centre and outdoor Verandah Areas.

Our retreat has a range of charming luxury chalets which offer couples the opportunity to have their guests stay onsite.

Small / Intimate Weddings: Whether you're wanting to book an intimate occasion of 30 people or less, or simply require wedding accommodation for you and your bridal party or perhaps a romantic honeymoon, we can cater to your needs.

Hire a chef or catering that reflects your own personal style.

Enjoy a private dining experience, intimate wedding ceremony & reception, recovery lunch or cocktails at sunset on the lawn or bush chapel with catering and beverage package to suit your style.
