  • While reviews reflect a vendor’s services, they are submitted to ABIA, and ABIA retains full rights over how reviews are presented, displayed, promoted, or archived.
  • Vendors may use reviews during an active partnership, but reviews cannot be transferred, deleted on request by the vendor, or removed upon business closure.
  • Upon termination or non-renewal, ABIA may remove public visibility and promotional features (e.g., widgets). Vendors may request a one-time export of review data for archival purposes.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We implement a range of security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. This includes the use of encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, ABIA will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Vendors who receive enquiries or couple details via ABIA must:

  • Use such data only for the purpose of providing wedding-related services;
