About the Team/Owner

Elia and Daniel

Our family has been in the field of hospitality industry since 1979. We literally grew up in an Italian restaurant and both of us have achieved two diplomas in hospitality management and several training certificates in Italy. After managing different businesses in Italy over the years, we decided it was time to open our horizons and face new challenges in Australia.

My brother and I have been working together for over 20 years and we are specialise in authentic Italian cuisine, combining tradition and passion to create unforgettable dining experiences thanks also to our team and italian vehicles.
