And regularly cleaning contact items, like makeup brushes and sponges, pillowcases, sleep masks and even phone screens, can assist in preventing a build-up of dirt and bacteria.

Savour sleep – Skin repairs and rejuvenates while we slumber so, while it might not seem like a priority, getting enough shut-eye (experts suggest seven to nine hours a night) can help up the glow-factor.

Manage stress – Sometimes easier said than done when you’re planning a wedding, but chronic stress can affect your whole body, and show on your face.
