The Shabby-Chic Country Wedding!
If you are reading this, you will absolutely fall in love with this this shabby-chic country wedding!
Bindi & Dan were the beautiful couple that shared their vows at the Jondaryan Woolshed, down by the creek under Australia’s iconic gumtrees.
With their wedding starting a little later in the day, the guests were able to enjoy Queensland’s sunset as they mingled at the Woolshed Cafe with pre-drinks and canapés.
When day turned to night, the guests moved on to the historic Woolshed itself.
In regards to food, locally sourced produce was a must!
The Woolshed chefs were on point. Picking the perfect menu to suit the couples’ Buffet Style wedding through to a gorgeous spread of desserts & cake.
When we caught up with Bindi, she said that the “one decision they were glad they made, was having the entire wedding on one property”.
Favourite Wedding Moment?
“The top favourite moment was when we looked at each other for the first time at the ceremony, my heart felt like it was beating out of my chest & we couldn’t stop that giddy feeling.” - Bindi
Wedding Advice from Bindi.
"The week of our wedding my best friend who helped me plan & co-ordinate our wedding, drafted up a “week of wedding” checklist."
"We listed everything we had to do on each day (this included beauty appointments right through to finalising vendors & last minute purchases) so we didn’t forget anything & it also made me feel super organised."
"Take your time when deciding on the big things like your venue – try and have everything at the same place, it’s so much easier & less stressful."
"Accept help from friends & family – their help can make a huge difference."
"Lastly, on your wedding day /night take a step back and look at what you created, take it all in & enjoy yourself & your guests company."
