What is Happy Glamper all about?
Happy Glamper creates cosy, intimate glamping accommodation with personality, warmth and thoughtful touches. We can create a bell tent village to suit your guests and give your celebration a memorable edge or create a cosy backyard glamping experience for smaller celebrations. We can set up the special Lotus Belle tent for the wedding couple with a raised bed base and mattress, full length mirror and everything else needed to make this tent beautiful for the special day. We also have the options of the 4m Bell and 5m Bell tents for your guests, or bigger tents for groups or for the bridal party to get ready in.
We have been creating glamping adventures since 2013 and love helping to make weddings, events & holidays memorable. We also love to travel too and will travel throughout Victoria, South Australia, ACT and NSW and can currently accommodate over 1000 guests in our tents to create the most magical bell tent village for a stunning backdrop to your wedding.

What makes Happy Glamper Wedding Glamping different?
We completely manage everything for you, setting you up with your own wedding glamping booking site for your guests to book through and then coordinate all the communication with your guests so each one has the exact tent set up for their needs and numbered so they know which one is theirs. We can also provide an on the day concierge service for you should you require this.
We will update you throughout the months preceding the event as to who has booked so you know which guests to chase and can plan accordingly, plus we provide you with the final glamping booking list so you can help us to place people in tents near or far from each other prior to us emailing out each guest their tent number allocation. We have various tent options and optional extras so you can create the magical bell tent village just how you dreamed.
We also have awesome other suppliers we work closely with so can help recommend other people to help you create the wedding of your dreams. Once the celebration has ended, we will return to pack it all down. Let us do all the work in pitching, styling and packing down so that you have more time to relax allowing you to just turn up and enjoy the gorgeous scene and your big day.

Look for people and companies with good communication.
There is nothing worse than always chasing suppliers for updates and information. Make sure you are not just another booking but someone they want to partner with so you can create your dream wedding without the stress.
What was your favourite wedding?
We have had so many gorgeous weddings and wedding couples but one that stands out for us was on a beautiful private property in Victoria, which had to be rescheduled due to to Covid and due to the fact they were both front line health care workers.
Finally when they managed to hold their wedding they just had everything rustic and unique with special signs up pointing guests to the glamping area and festoon lighting everywhere, plus gorgeous lighting around their own Lotus Belle tent at the 'head' of the glamping area.
Their wedding ended up lasting most of the weekend and they had so much fun! They truly deserved such a special weekend after the year they had had which made us so happy to be a part of it.
