Ring and Veil is a documentary photographer with years of experience and a unique and beautifully natural style of photography.

Run by the duo Eve and Jo, a husband and wife team, we place a strong value of your relationship and telling your story that will be captured to last through generations.

We heavily focus on creating an atmosphere where couples can openly be themselves and capture the natural connection in an unobtrusive nature.

Specialising in wedding photography full time, Eve believes that the culture and values we nourish today will bear fruit in the years to come and that your photos will be a permanent reminder of love in the many seasons of life.

How many wedding couples have you serviced?

Somewhere between 50-100 couples so far!

What is your favourite thing about capturing weddings?

EVERYTHING. My personal favourite is the fact that I get to capture an epic defining moment in a couples journey and to see, interact and witness people on a truly vulnerable level.

Also, its just a massive celebration of love on steroids so cant say no to that!

What is your style of Wedding Photography?

Our style of photography is natural, candid photos with a moody and timeless edit.

We dont want you super posed but will definitely sneak it a few posed shots here and there. Overall, just expect chill vibes of you on your wedding day.

What tips would you give to engaged couples when looking for a location to shoot their Wedding Photos?

Think out of the box and dont be afraid to be different. I cant count how many times Ive walked through dingy laneways and thought wow this is going to make a great photo.

Also, think about what kind of vibe you are going for (eg. nature or urban) and trust your photographers recommendations.

What is your favourite location to shoot at?

Anywhere with great moody lighting. Ive been loving Fremantle and Perth CBD surrounds but also love a good rustic orchard like Raeburn Orchard.

Do you recommend Couples provided a list of what they want photographed prior to the wedding day?

No. I think a great photographer will ask you to make a relevant list of important stuff such as group photos and intimate things you would like captured.

However, most of the basics should be covered by your photographer provided he/she is experienced enough.

I believe in investing in a great photographer and trusting them to create the art and story of your day.

However, a general list is good to give your photographer as a guide for what you are expecting from your wedding.

Tell us about your wedding packages?

My wedding packages start from $1,800 for half day and goes upwards to $5,800 based on coverage.

All my full day packages includes Engagement Sessions because I believe it is such an essential part of helping us be comfortable on your wedding day.

My packages are flexible and you can add or remove any inclusions in your packages to suit your budget needs.

We also now offer videography packages as add-ons to your day.

What is your turnaround for wedding photos?

6-8 weeks depending on how busy the season is.

Each couple who books a full day package with us receives a sneak peek gallery of 100-120 photos 1-3 days after their wedding day to have a little something to look at while they wait.

What was your favourite wedding and why?

Louisa and Davids wedding at Brookleigh Estate was epic. I loved the styling and how chill everything was. It was small and intimate and everyone had an amazing time. It was totally right up our alley in terms of style and vibes and I couldnt have asked for a more lovely couple to work with.

Do you provide a physical Wedding Photo Album?

Yes, we offer albums to purchase launching mid 2021. Our Fireworks Package also includes an album.
