The BOA boutique has resided at 1009 High Street, Armadale since its birth in the year 2000. Our passionate, hardworking owner and head tailor Siew Tan has nurtured her beloved business and in-house designed couture bridal gowns, realising the dreams of brides from all over Australasia. We believe we have been an essential, timeless asset in the growth and development of the bridal industry in Armadale, hence our name, Brides of Armadale.

Our exclusive custom in house designs boast a timeless, sophisticated ambience expressed through skillful couture construction techniques and modern design.Our bridal gowns are specifically made to measure in our trusted offshore workroom for each individual brides body shape and height then tailored and fitted in our Melbourne based boutique. We at BOA we assist in creating a personalised and unforgettable experience. A unique gown, specially created for you.
Our process is unique in itself, through our seven step process.
One - You book your consultation and meet our handpicked and dedicated team consisting of Suzie and Isobel. This is where we assist you in trying on gowns of your choosing and suggestions of our own based on your figure, expressions of interest and designs features you desire with absolutely NO pressure to say yes.
Two - You fall in love with your vision, our passion and our homely boutique, either on the spot or after trying on other gowns elsewhere, deciding to work with us by seeing sketches, figuring out fabrics and finalising your design features.
Three - We take your measurements, deposit and create your order, booking you in for your first fitting "The mock-up calico gown"
Four - Your "mock-up calico gown"is approximately six months before your wedding, this is where you ensure you're happy with the design features, fit, neckline, arm holes, etc. Using this mock-up as confirmation or change for our work-room to absolutely nail your gown!
Five - Your gown is made! Our work-room is owner by our store owners sister, we trust them to the ends of the earth with delivering consistent high quality and perfect attention to detail gowns.
Six - Your gown is given back to your faithful team at BOA where you then have at least three more fittings which include ensuring the fit is perfect, your hem is amazing, your bustle is on point, ready to walk down the aisle!
Seven - Your dreamy dress is then steamed and safely packed in an opaque bag free from prying eyes, ready for you to wear on your big day!
