Sharla Park is owned and operated by David and Kerri Cross who spend their days molding and shaping the 31 acres into a stunning space, perfectly suited for the most special of occasions

"Located only 10 minutes from North Lakes, we launched Sharla Park in late 2019 after noticing a need for a more easily accessible country themed venue in the area, saving you and your guests hours of travel to a location that would otherwise provide the same country views and pristine serenity that is now available at Sharla Park.

You and your guests can enjoy the convenience of having both your Wedding Ceremony and Reception in the one place, and your Professional Photographer will also love the many options available to them for all your photos.

Our property is also a functioning equestrian centre, home to over 20 horses, with rolling grassland and a large lake, surrounded by Australia's most iconic natural bushland and wildlife..

Our 21m x 10m marquee on a sealed, coloured concrete floor, is positioned with 360 degree views of the lake and surrounding bush-land. Open the walls for an open air event or have them closed for some cosy styling. Watch the trees in the breeze and the horses at play all from the comfort of this well positioned function space, fully customizable to suit your needs.

Our unique "silo" bar is a custom built feature that will keep your guests well entertained. Positioned a very short distance from the Reception, the silo bar serves as a watering hole for all of your beverages, served to your guests by our friendly, qualified bar staff.

Our venue is BYO, feel free to stock up the onsite fridge with the tastes of your choice!

Just one of the many spots to choose from on the property, spanning out over the waters edge, our jetty is perfect for a Wedding Ceremony or for a photo opportunity with the lake and acreage views in the background, and on request - horses too! We include 40 white americana chairs (more available on request) with all ceremony and reception packages and the jetty is fitted with power for audio.

We have a large range of table styling and floral options to choose from, and our staff can look after all set up for you, or you might like the DIY option, or bring in your own Stylist.
