In the kitchen, Head Chef Jamie Gemmell elevates wedding dining with restaurant-quality menus from abundant grazing to refined shared feasts showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce with flavour, finesse, and generous portions.

What truly sets Pure apart is the way we look after every guest. Our event lead, Rachelle Lamb, draws on her background in dietetics and nutrition to make dietary care a non-negotiable. Whether it's coeliac, low-FODMAP, allergen-aware, vegan, or texture-modified requirements, Rachelle collaborates with Jamie to craft inclusive, delicious options so every guest feels seen, safe, and well fed.
