"We're passionate about wood fired pizzas because we believe in crafting exceptional, flavourful pizzas that bring joy to everyday moments, using the traditional method of wood fire cooking to deliver a unique, mouthwatering experience for our customers."

One of the best aspects of hiring a mobile wood fired pizza trailer, is the ability to customize the menu according to your preferences and dietary requirements. From classic Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas to gourmet options with unique toppings, the choice is yours. We can cater for those that are Vegan & or Gluten Free.

Whether you're hosting a garden party, a country wedding, work or even a surprise birthday party, our trailers are fully equipped to handle any location.

 

No need to worry about setting up a kitchen or worrying about space the trailers are self-contained and ready to go. All we ask for, is a large, flat area to park our wood fired pizza trailer. We have our own 3.6m x 3.6m Marquee for lighting, generator (if required for canapes), pizza boards, napkins, paper-plates and waitressing are all included in our service.

Rachel Barron - Owner (+Husband - Jeromie Barron Chef)

Rachel Barron's journey through various roles & academic pursuits has showcased an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch customer experience. Rachel has worked the last 18+years in customer service roles including property management, on-site holiday management & as a guest service agent. Rachel is heavily involved in her local community. Recently securing a $91,000 grant for the local Cambooya Hall for upgrades. All these roles have provided Rachel the necessary skills to communicate effectively between the first interaction of your enquiry to waitressing out the last pizza to the table.

Jeromie Barron has 24 + years' experience as a qualified chef. The good part of the last 10 years he has had head chef roles across the Sunshine Coast to Toowoomba. Jeromie has worked in cafes, pubs, restaurants & even esteem wedding venue places like 'Gabbinbar Homestead' in Toowoomba.
