Introducing a NEW way to collect ABIA Ratings & Reviews!
Vendors will now have access to a personalised link via their ABIA Portal to collect ratings and reviews directly from past wedding clients. ABIA's review link can be sent via email, SMS, DM, or most other platforms where communication exists between vendor and couple. Importantly, ABIA has built into its software a number of additional classifiers that will automatically audit and verify reviews to ensure that only legitimate reviews are submitted. Fake reviews will not be tolerated in line with ABIA's review policy. ABIA views this initiative as being a popular option for Vendors who like to maintain direct communication with their couples.
Vendors are still able to collect reviews through their ABIA Business Portal by registering either Past or Future couples, there are no changes to this process.
To use your personalised link, simply login to your ABIA Business Portal > Visit Dashboard > Copy your personalised link and send directly to your past wedding clients;
