How to Receive ABIA Customer Reviews & Nominations.


To receive ABIA Award Nominations and authentic Customer-Reviews, a business is required to register their wedding clients.

Your nominations will automatically apply to the next ABIA Awards and your customer-reviews will display
on your ABIA Profile.​


Be sure to register all your wedding customers, as your ABIA Profile is discoverable on Google. If someone is to lookup your business name, your 5 Star Rating & Total Reviews will display in your Google Search Result - attracting customers to read more about you.

There are two options to registering your clients. However, we highly recommend Option 2, as it will help you keep organised as well as assist you in achieving a higher completion rate.
 

Option 1: Invite Your Past Weddings

This area will allow you to register weddings which your business has serviced in the past 12 months.

Once clicking submit, ABIA will send an immediate online voting form to your clients' respective email addresses.


Option 2: Invite Your Future Weddings

When registering a future wedding client, ABIA will schedule to send an online voting form 3 days after the wedding date to the respective email address.

We strongly recommend registering your future wedding clients at the end of each month. Our advice is to register any weddings which have provided you with a deposit, confirming their booking.

This way, your customer-reviews will constantly be up-to-date which is very important, as prospect customers are looking for the most recent reviews.


How does a Wedding Couple Rate & Review?

Your client will receive an automated online nomination form kindly asking them to rate your business out of 100 points in the Four Pillars of Perfection: 

  • Quality of Product
  • Quality of Service
  • Attitude of Staff
  • Value for Money

Your client further has the opportunity to leave a review for your business, which will display on your business profile .
